Third edition of the Outpost 8k Trail Race along the coastal trail from Father Troy’s Trail trailhead to Torbay Beach (8-ish km). Funds support not-for-profit operations and donations to the East Coast Trail Association and other local organizations.

Expect possible detour due to Tapper’s Cove Wharf construction; the course may land closer to 8.8 km if the detour is needed. Registration closes Tue, Jun 30 at 11:59 PM NT.

Unregistration, cancellation, bib transfers, and refunds will not be allowed; sales are final.

Outpost 8k Trail Race (8K) on Saturday July 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Starts at Father Troy’s Trail trailhead on Windgap Road in Flatrock and follows the coastal trail toward Torbay Beach (8-ish km). Event is not-for-profit; collected funds support operational/health-and-safety costs and donations to the East Coast Trail Association and other local organizations. Note that the Tapper’s Cove Wharf construction may require a detour.
