RESCHEDULED Transportation Objectives, Policies & ATV Use - Notice of Adoption and Public Hearing

Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 Notice of Adoption and Public Hearing Town of Conception Bay South Municipal Plan Amendment No. 29, 2025 and Development Regulations Amendment No. 48, 2025 Transportation Objectives, Policies & All Terrain Vehicle Use The Conception Bay South Town Council adopted Conception Bay South Municipal Plan Amendment No. 29, 2025 and Development Regulations Amendment No. 48, 2025 on April 7, 2025. In general terms, these amendments modify and introduce Municipal Plan objectives, policies and regulatory requirements for all terrain vehicle (ATV) trails and use within the Town. A Public Hearing with an Independent Commissioner has been re-scheduled to consider objections and representations on the Municipal Plan and Development Regulations amendments at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 50, 60 Legion Road, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Anyone wishing to make an objection or representation must submit a signed written statement outlining their position no later than two days prior to the hearing. Learn more here.
