Arrive early to get settled, and check JAG Soundhouse event listings for any exceptions to the typical 19+ policy.

Parking

Street parking (~40+ spots) within a 2–5 minute walk; several private parking lots/garages nearby. Free parking after 6 p.m. on weekdays, all day on weekends and statutory holidays.

Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, patrons will be refunded the full ticket price (refunds only possible if cancelled).

Alcohol

Bar service available (beer, wine, hi-balls). Non-alcoholic options also available. Outside food and drinks not permitted.
